To support their ongoing growth and commitment to quality, we are seeking a talented Process Engineer to join our customers dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate effectively with colleagues as an excellent communicator and team player.
Utilize your engineering background to understand and optimize conversion machine processes and equipment.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.
Approach tasks methodically and logically, ensuring thorough investigation and documentation of machine and process alterations.
Maintain a high level of professionalism, customer focus, and adaptability in all interactions.
Lead meetings with customers to discuss project requirements, progress, and outcomes.
Read and interpret specifications, part drawings, and work sheets accurately to guide process enhancements.
Work independently with minimal guidance to master the method of operation and technical specifications of machine assemblies.
Support manufacturing by operating production machines when necessary.
Conduct research and development for all new projects and equipment.
Design tooling and machine setups for new projects and provide training to Machine Operators.
Carry out validations and introduce new equipment as required.
Requirements:

Proven experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
In-depth understanding of conversion machine processes and equipment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical specifications and drawings.
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer-friendly demeanour.
Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings or project assignments.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
