Summary
Our client is looking for a building surveyor to join their team. This will be a hybrid role and the successful candidate must be happy to travel. This role will cover our clients North West and North East region. With opportunities to work on a wide range of projects, including Technical Due Diligence and Forensic Surveying commissions, across different sectors. This is an excellent opportunity to propel your career as a building surveyor.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist with developing detailed briefs in collaboration with the client and senior colleagues
- Carry out site surveys (including measured surveys, condition surveys and defect analysis)
- Undertake design and specification work and assist with preparing tender information
- Assist with administering building contracts
You will need:
- BSc in Building Surveying or equivalent
- At an advanced stage for the APC Final Assessment with RICS, CIOB, similar, or recently qualified.
- Have experience of advising on commercial properties either in public or private sector
- Good Auto CAD skills and ability to work with new software and platforms to improve efficiency
- Full UK Driving Licence
