We are currently looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Progressor to join our client's team. As a Sales Progressor, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the smooth transition of property sales from offer acceptance to completion. You will be responsible for liaising with buyers, sellers, solicitors, and other stakeholders to ensure that transactions progress efficiently and effectively.

'Sales Progressor' Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the main point of contact for all parties involved in property transactions.
• Liaise with buyers, sellers, solicitors, mortgage advisors, and other stakeholders to facilitate the exchange of contracts and completion of property sales.
• Monitor and manage the progress of property transactions, ensuring that all parties are kept informed of developments and any potential issues are addressed promptly.
• Coordinate and chase outstanding documentation, surveys, searches, and other relevant paperwork required for the completion of property sales.
• Provide regular updates to clients and colleagues on the status of property transactions, maintaining clear and open communication at all times.
• Work closely with colleagues in sales, lettings, and property management to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout the sales process.

Key Skills and Experience for this 'Sales Progressor' position:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the property industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with clients and colleagues.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive and self-motivated approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and deadlines.
• Proficient IT skills, including experience using Microsoft Office and property management software.
