Your Role
As their Co-ordinator & Rota Planner, you will be methodical and organised. You will plan and shedule the rota's for our care teams as well as covering holidays, short notice sickness and new care packages. You will be someone who can inject positivity naturally into the rest of the team and your Care Assistants, you will be someone who is a future leader and can create an environment where everyone thrives. You will be driven, customer focussed and someone who enjoys speaking to our clients as well as ensuring our Care Workers are happy.
