What you will be doing:
Our Service Advisors are an integral part of our business and one of the most important customer-facing roles across the business.
* Service Advisors arrange for customers' vehicles to be booked in for services of repairs
* Assist in the planning of the workshop, and liaise with internal departments including parts and the workshop, whilst being
able to understand the instructions provided to complete works/ Job cards
* Record work completed, contact customers if additional work is required, check vehicles coming through the service department
* Keep our customers updated at every stage on the progress of their vehicle, and ensure we meet the customer lead timescales.
We look at what you can do not what you have done, and career progress and training is something we encourage across all our
roles.
What we need from you:
* Full manual driving licence
* Experiences gained from an automotive service department background
* You will be patient and a good listener, with outstanding communication skills both in person and on the telephone.
* Must be computer literate with knowledge of MS Office packages
