Summary


An exciting opportunity has become available to join our busy Estates and Facilities Team, based at North Manchester General Hospital (NMGH).

The successful applicant will be a key member of the Trust monitoring team, integral in ensuring the standards of the Estates and Facilities services are met as well as providing expert knowledge and advice in relation to cleaning and catering. You will assist and support the Trust Estates and Facilities Team in delivering effective monitoring of services according to national standards, and monitor, document and accurately report on performance.

To monitor the Domestic Services and Catering standards across North Manchester General Hospital (NMGH) in accordance with national standards.

To provide knowledge in relation to the Domestic and Catering provision across NMGH and support the Trust monitoring team in this regard which may from time to time include supporting other MFT sites.

Assist in the investigation of Estates and Facilities Safeguard reports, validate incidents and close out when complete.

Liaise with Trust Ward Managers/Matrons/Service Managers, Estates and Facilities colleagues and other department managers, to ensure monitoring is undertaken and national standards are met.

Conduct joint monitoring with Trust staff to ensure that issues are identified and appropriate action taken.

Provide support to the team by raising and receipting orders, arranging meeting, inputting payroll among other administration related tasks.
