Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver personalised ESOL/EFL lesson plans designed to engage, inspire and teach.

- Monitor your learner's progress and provide constructive feedback to foster continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure your learner's academic success.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance through our virtual learning platform.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's level degree or teaching qualification (QTS/QTLS).
- Minimum 6 months teaching/tutoring experience within the UK.
- Previous experience and passion for working with learners demonstrating SEN, SEMH learning needs.
- TEFL/TESOL/DELTA or equivalent qualification
- A commitment to safeguarding.
- Must live and be eligible to work in the UK.
- Must be willing to undertake a full Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and referencing process, as well as subscribing to the DBS Update Service.

Benefits:
- Competitive weekly renumeration (PAYE).
- Control over your workload, with flexible roles that fit around your existing commitments and availability.
- Ongoing training opportunities that count towards your CPD and provide insight into working with SEN learners.
- A dedicated Tuition Consultant who will work closely with you to ensure you have as much work as you are able to fulfil, matching you to opportunities that meet your preferences.
