What We're Looking For:
- Previous Experience: At least 1 years experience working within a Primary Setting
- ️ Behaviour Management: Proven track record in handling challenges.
- Communication Skills: Bridge gaps between students, staff, and parents/caregivers.
- Passion for Education: Ideally, experience with children and young people.
- Enhanced DBS Check: Valid and registered on the update service (or ready for a new adventure).

Your Role:
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with students, parents/caregivers, and colleagues.
- Adaptability: Tailor syllabus to individual students' EHCP.
- Assessment Mastery: Employ a variety of strategies to evaluate pupil progress.
