About the role


· Team Leader (nights) do more than a job, they change a life. You would be part of a team that provides high quality, person-centred care which ensures our residents receive high quality care and support during night hours.


· You’ll be responding to bell calls throughout the night, ensuring our residents receive the highest quality of care in accordance with their assessed needs, this includes supporting with personal care.


· As a Team Leader (nights), you will provide leadership and management to the care staff team, whilst ensuring our residents receive the highest quality care and support in line with their individually assessed needs.


· Leading on process and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective running of the service / care home will also form a large part of your role.
