We're looking for an experienced Senior Chef de Partie to join our team - working in brand-new purpose-built kitchens, you’ll be providing food for our restaurant, bars and food kiosks at 22B. As a Senior Chef de Partie you’ll be cooking up a range of fresh, healthy and vibrant dishes with an innovative edge. All of the food at 22B showcases RHC's signature creativity, whether fresh, clean plated lunch/dinner or Asian style street food.
It’s a phased opening and as more companies join the building we’ll gradually get busier and will be adding to our teams, therefore there’ll be plenty of scope for you to grow in your career.
The ideal Senior Chef de Partie will have worked in a quality-led environment, ideally a quality, all-day dining restaurant or a hotel kitchen. That said if you’ve worked in a top-end B&I contract catering operation, we’ve got something for you too.
You should have great presence, personality, communication skills and above all, a love of food and drink. You'll have the support of a superb Executive Chef and culinary team to help you on your way.
