Summary
Job entails contacting and initiating sales with existing and potential customers by telephone and engaging in conversation about our products.
Listening to customer requirements and asking questions to develop and generate further and repeat sales as well as informing them about new products which could be of interest.
Answering any questions about products or the company.
Job would also involve gathering and documenting customer information, advising payment methods for purchases and noting customer feedback on our products.
Developing a positive company culture relating to the sustainable packaging options that we offer whilst dealing with customers.
Liaising with Sales Representatives regarding customer account activity.
Previous customer relations experience would be an advantage, however, not essential.
