Summary
THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR Advisor who will be responsible for managing a team of 3, overseeing the wider Trust recruitment and compliance alongside provide HR advice and guidance whilst managing recruitment, compliance and absence management casework for specifically assigned schools.
Do you have experience working in a generalist HR role?
Are you CIPD Level 5 Qualified or working towards this level?
Do you hold a full driving license enabling you to travel to some of our schools?
Have you got experience in managing people?
Are you looking for a new challenge in a fast paced and rewarding sector?
Can you quickly build strong relationships?
