We have a fantastic opportunity for a Regional Administration Manager to join our team working across Wiltshire, Gloucester, Hampshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire on a 6 months Fixed-term Contract.
This would be a great opportunity to not only gain some key experience, but also develop a variety of both administrative and management skills. We are looking to recruit to a full time (37.5 hours per week) position on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract.
As a Regional Administrator you will be responsible for the line management of 3 Area Administrators, 1 of whom is based in our Fareham office and 2 in our Luton office.
We are flexible with where you can do your work, but there will be times you will need to travel to the offices within your area. This may include Wiltshire, North Hampshire, Gloucester, Oxford, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Bedfordshire counties to attend meetings.
You will also provide a wide range of administration support to the Regional, Area & Service based Management teams which will include:

- Letter and report writing
- Minute taking
- Arranging meetings, travel and accommodation
- Diary management
- Collation of statistics and data entry
- Emails

Do you have the skills to be a Regional Administration Manager?

- you will have proven experience of working in a similar/related role
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- you will be proficient using MS Office products
- the ability to manage and prioritise workloads whilst working alone
- maintain accuracy
- have proven computer & problem-solving skills and attention to detail whilst working at speed to meet deadlines is vital.
