Summary


To support the Senior staff with the running of the medical ward on a shift by shift basis.

To be responsible for the assessment, planning implementation and evaluation of care.

To work as a member of the multi-disciplinary team.

To develop an understanding of the requirements of the National Service Framework.

Ward 3-4, Nevill Hall Hospital, Abergavenny

We are currently seeking to recruit highly motivated Registered Nurses to work within our Unscheduled Care Division on Ward 3-4 within Nevill Hall Hospital. Our ward consists of General Care of the older person patients

We care for our patients 7 days a week, 24 hours a day so you will need to have a flexible approach to take part in a full shift system including nights and weekend working.
