This is an exciting time for the Trust. Having progressed on our Culture Transformation programme and Health and Wellbeing strategy, we are now seeking anOD practitioner with Health & Wellbeing experienceand responsibility to help us lead the delivery of this programme of work, in theOD Wellbeing and Inclusion teams.

TheOD & Health and Wellbeing Business partnerrole will report directly to the Head of OD, Wellbeing and Inclusion. The successful applicant will lead the continued development and implementation of a comprehensive Health & Wellbeing strategy ensuring all activity is matched to current and emerging organisational needs and strategic ambitions, together with the OD team and aligned to the OD, Wellbeing and Inclusion deliverables.

The post holder will catalyse and enable progressive, thought and sector leading solutions which take into account best models of practice and the most effective use of resources for optimal return on investment. This role is a key driver to ensure the Trust meets and where achievable, exceeds the requirements of CQC standards.

The post holder will bring expertise to develop, deliver and measure the effectiveness of OD, culture and leadership development programmes as well as Health and Wellbeing for key workforce groups Trust-wide including medical, dental and nursing staff groups.



To develop mechanisms to promote an empowered culture of Health and Wellbeing, building internal organisational development capacity and capability to deliver organisational change, improve patient experience and support Staff safety, health and wellbeing contributing to staff experience and retention.

To establish and embed effective data gathering and information analysis systems to ensure OD and Health & Wellbeing needs are identified and can be robustly incorporated into commissioning, budgeting and development planning and design processes.

To build, maintain and develop effective working partnerships with internal and external stakeholders and local, regional and national healthcare OD, Occupational Health and Health & Wellbeing communities to explore mutually beneficial collaboration on joint learning initiatives in order to maximise the use of resources, minimise costs and optimise returns.

To support the Education, Training & Development team with Health and Wellbeing training and development across the Trust and Humber helath Partnership group providing expert knowledge, commissioning and providing bespoke and scalable interventions working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimum engagement.
