Summary

We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Cleaner to join our in-house Facilities Management team of Property Plus on a permanent basis. We’re looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
The Role
As one of our Senior Cleaners, you will ensure that Group properties are kept clean, tidy and safe to use. This will include cleaning the communal parts of the building using appropriate cleaning materials. Typical duties will include mopping floors, removing dust, cleaning internal windows and polishing surfaces. You will be responsible for the removal of rubbish and wate materials and transported to designated collection points.
You will also be responsible for basic inspections of the block / building and report issues as appropriate. You will log information of meter readings and test emergency lighting and smoke detectors whilst ensuring that the work is carried out safely for residents, colleagues or visitors.
We will provide you with a company van so that you can carry out your day-to-day work, therefore, it is essential that you have a Full UK Driving licence.
Skills and experience required:
Previous experience of carrying out basic cleaning tasks
Knowledge of basic health and safety requirements
Ability to work well on own initiative
Ability to carry out manual work and working at heights.
Ability to read cleaning products and use them safely
Good verbal communication skills
