Each person we support is unique so each support role will be different to the next, giving you the chance to really make a difference in that individuals life.

Previous experience as a Support Practitioner with Dementia experience would be beneficial but a full training program is offered to everyone who joins The Richmond Fellowship Scotland, so even if this is a new career path for you, we would love to meet you.
