Summary
TeacherActive is working with a nationally recognised institute of further education based in Luton. They have excelled in maintaining quality and care through out education and have received 'good' or 'outstanding' OFSTED reports for nearly 2 decades. They specialise in delivering the highest educational approaches to ensure students success going into employment and higher education as more than 80% of student who go on to University achieve 2:1 or higher. The college also excel outside of the classroom with their award-winning careers department.
The college is looking for an enthusiastic and captivating Lecturer to add to their team of talented educators. They need to be able to plan and deliver high quality teaching on a range of courses within the curriculum area. The Lecturer needs to have the ability to provide outstanding learning experiences for students to get the best out of their education. They need to have strong 1:1 and group approaches and create learning materials that meet the needs of different learning abilities.
Successful Lecturer will have:
Degree Level Qualification in (2:1 Minimum) or something equivalent
Strong subject specialism and experience educating
Experience in further education (desirable)
