Summary

Our client who is the leading supplier in their industry and have experienced impressive growth within the last few years are currently recruiting for an organised individual to enhance their small and friendly team as an eCommerce Coordinator on a full-time permanent basis from their offices based in Tewkesbury.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hardworking individual with coordination or administration experience looking to take the next step within their career. The successful candidate will be working alongside the Account Managers and will have the responsibility for the day-to-day management of the eCommerce channels.
Responsibilities:
- Uploading new products for all our brands and marketplaces.
- Collating product information for accurate descriptions.
- Uploading product images.
- Maintaining existing listings ensuring all information is up to date.
- Managing the central email inbox and taking necessary actions when replying to customer queries, managing the pricing dashboard, providing compliance certificates, etc.
- Supporting marketplace listing creation/optimization efforts to further push organic sales.
- Monitoring third party sellers for any policy breeches and taking corrective actions.
- Improving and optimising content to help grow sales.
- Responding to customer queries, monitoring reviews, and troubleshooting any issues.
- Assist with monitoring and analysing performance to increase sales.
- Optimise ads to maximise performance and return on investment.
- Work with other teams to review and optimize product ratings.

Candidate Attributes:
- Previous administration or coordination experience.
- IT literate with good Microsoft Excel skills.
- Achieve a high level of accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
- Have excellent organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive with an enthusiastic can-do attitude.

Hours: Monday – Friday – 8.30am – 5pm
