Job Opportunity
  • As the Admin/Personal Officer, you'll be the backbone of our organisation, supporting management in various facets of day-to-day operations. From handling administrative tasks to ensuring payroll accuracy, you'll play a vital role in delivering excellence to our staff and stakeholders. Communication with care workers, service users, and other key players will be a core part of your responsibilities, all while maintaining impeccable records and upholding company standards.

Essential Skills
  • Organisational prowess with a flair for multitasking and prioritisation.
  • Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in office software (think Microsoft Office suite, HR platforms, and more!).
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a knack for data management.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Previous experience in administration, HR, payroll, or related fields is a plus.
  • Familiarity with relevant regulations and standards (bonus points for CQC knowledge!).
  • Willingness to undergo training and embrace new challenges with a positive attitude.
