Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Club Manager to oversee the daily operations of our club. You'll be at the helm of service development and performance, fuelled by your unwavering passion for fitness. Your role isn't just about managing day-to-day operations; it's about crafting an exceptional experience for our members. Responsibilities include expanding our offerings, ensuring smooth club operations, and curating a top-notch team of fitness and class instructors.
As the Fitness Club Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all club activities and providing exceptional customer service to our members.
Hours & Salary:

Duties:
- Manage all aspects of club operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and training
- Oversee membership sales and retention
- Coordinate and promote club events, programs, and classes
- Handle member enquiries, feedback, and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Develop and implement club policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for members and colleagues
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Fitness Club Manager or related position
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in sports coaching or fitness instruction is preferred
- Proficient in using club management software
- Experience in pool plant management

- Fitness Instructor: 2 years (preferred)
- Fitness Manager: 1 year (preferred)
