Key Role & Responsibilities for our Food Production Line Leader:
- Monitor and help reduce waste from the section
- Monitor and maintain product quality standards and ensure they are made Right 1st Time
- Maintaining a clean production environment
- Visual quality inspection
- Health & Safety and Food Safety practices
- Undertaking aspects of the manufacturing and packaging processes
- Comply with sanitation hygiene regulations and health and safety standards
Minimum Requirements for our Food Production Line Leader:
- Knowledge of using; word, excel, outlook etc.
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Time management & workload prioritisation
- Food production experience
- Health & Safety understanding mandatory & Food Safety
- Ability to work under pressure
Pay Rate: 11.44 per hour during the training
After training £12.20 per hour
Temp to perm role
Working Hours:
Monday Friday
06:00 - 14:00
14:00 - 22:00
