Summary

Qualified EY Nursery Education Worker (Sc3)

Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Qualified EY Nursery Education Worker (Sc3). In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and education to young children in our nursery setting.

The successful candidate will have a passion for working with children and a strong understanding of early years education. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development. You will also work closely with parents and caregivers to ensure that each child's individual needs are met.

Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and deliver age-appropriate activities and lessons to support the development of each child
Create and maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and well-organized learning environment
Observe and document each child's progress and development, providing feedback to parents and caregivers as necessary
Collaborate with other nursery staff to plan and implement a balanced curriculum
Promote positive behavior and social skills through appropriate guidance and modeling
Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all children at all times
Build and maintain positive and effective relationships with parents and caregivers
Requirements
Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
Proven experience working with children in an early years setting
Strong knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patient, caring, and adaptable to meet the diverse needs of children
Understanding of safeguarding procedures and commitment to child protection

Hours Per Week: 28.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £15.64
