Summary
Murray Recruitment has an immediate opportunity for a Part-Time Planner to join their client based in Glasgow.
Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager you will be responsible for the planning of pre-planned maintenance and quoted works and assist to co-ordinate reactive works. This is a very demanding role that requires a strong multi-tasker who has excellent attention to detail skills.
Responsibilities
Planning PPM and Quoted works
Deal with reactive call outs
Reschedule planned works to deal with emergencies
Meeting customer SLAs and KPIs
Assist with purchasing
Ensure timely processing of engineer’s quotes, reports and recommendations to clients
Ordering goods and services
Liaising with managers regarding escalated issues
Liaise with engineers regarding changes to planner
Upload and update client portals and clients frequently
Contribute to the operation of the out-of-hours telephone answering service, ensuring messages are relayed and actioned in a timely manner
Compile customer invoicing for review by accounts
Experience and Skills
Proven experience in a planning/scheduling role within the Facilities Management, Property Services, Building Services or Construction industry.
Proficient in MS Office, particularly Word and Excel
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship skills
Proven ability to use initiative
Offering
Salary £DOE pro-rata
4 day week (**on-trial**)
Hours are 20 hours between Monday-Friday, to be agreed with manager within 8am-5pm.
On call 1 in every 4 weeks with an additional £140.
33 days holiday (including bank holidays) pro-rata
