Summary
Are you an experienced truck driver looking for a new challenge? The Scrappers, a busy scrap and salvage yard, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Large Truck Driver.
Responsibilities:
You’ll know how to safely operate a large truck for the collection of vehicles within the North West region of the UK, occasionally traveling further afield.
Efficiently operate and maneuver the truck within the yard and other small spaces.
Collect vehicles in accordance with schedules and instructions provided.
Be on the ball with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as required.
Assisting customers and collecting payment details & identity information directly.
Requirements:
Class Two license needed.
Confidence and experience driving a large truck.
A strong work ethic and willingness to work hard.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Good physical condition for manual tasks.
