Summary
An opportunity has arisen for the position of a Machine Tool Engineer at BSA Tools Ltd based in the West Midlands.
Would suit a time served machine tool fitter or maintenance engineer who is looking to expand their knowledge and skills.
The position would involve in house working and offsite working (as required) on a wide range of manual and CNC machinery.
Knowledge of:
Mechanical drawings.
Electrical wiring/drawings.
Hydraulics.
Pneumatics.
CNC controls ie. Fanuc, Siemens and Heidenhain.
Commissioning / training of machines.
Operation of toolroom machinery.
Would be advantageous, but not essential as relevant training would be given.
The ability to work alone or part of a team is essential, reporting back to a Service Manager.
Computer literate.
Duties to include,
In house working on machines at BSA Tools workshop as required.
Fault finding, repair and service work both in mechanical and electrical disciplines on a wide range of manual and NC machines in the UK.
Installation and/or training to be given on machines at customers premises.
Preventative maintenance servicing.
Promotion of BSA Tools products and services.
A full clean driving licence required.
Overalls/ PPE provided.
Salary negotiable.
