Summary
Nettletons Jewellers LTD in Clitheroe are recruiting for an Apprentice Customer Service Practitioner. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service which will take 17 months to complete.
Duties:
• General admin duties
• Meeting and greeting customers
• Meeting and greeting suppliers
• Displaying
• Cleaning goods
• General cleaning (workstations)
• Helping other staff members
• Answering enquiries
• Chasing up enquiries
Requirements:
• Have a bubbly/friendly personality.
• Can work well in a team.
• Can listen and work to instruction from management.
• Good on computers (excell, emails, social).
• Immaculately presented.
• Ambitious.
Grades:
There are no formal qualifications required.
Hours:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday 8:45am - 5:15pm
