They boast an impressive list of high-profile clients they work in partnership with and, due to continued success, they are looking to onboard a Quantity Surveyor to join their team.
Your new role
As Quantity Surveyor, you will be based in their Coventry office and be responsible for, but not limited to, preparing valuations/applications for payment, assisting in the preparation of final accounts, CVR forecasting and reporting, submitting payment applications, preparing cost reports for clients as well as identifying commercial opportunities and risks.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you will ideally hold a degree/HND in Quantity Surveying (or experience equivalent) and have good working knowledge of NEC form of contracts. In addition, you will also have previous experience working on heavy civils schemes and be computer-literate. Finally, you will have good interpersonal and organisational skills.
