We are looking for a Supply Chain Advisor to join our Group Operations team working out of a state-of-the-art TSOC office in Manchester to monitor the allocated work to key subcontractors is performed and support the wider Supply Chain function.
You will identify and arrange subcontractor attendance in-line with contractual agreements for all maintenance works, run and analyse data reports as well as raising appropriate Purchase and Work Orders. You will keep track of internal processes and work closely with the Account, Contract, Scheduler and Helpdesk teams in job- related information to meet business KPIs.
The successful candidate will have a good level of customer service experience, strong IT skills, and experience in a service delivery or contact centre setting, you should be able to work to deadlines and be able to prioritise key tasks. A creative approach to solving problems and have a very strong level of communication is essential. Ideally, you will have experience working within an Administration role or similar using a CAFM system such as Maximo however, this is trainable for the right individual.
