Summary

Job Title: CNC Turn/Mill Setter

Job Type: Days or Nights, Perm

Location: Henley-on-Thames area

Hours: 40hr flexible

Pay: £14-£22ph DOE / Nights +1.3x shift allowance

Our client is a family company that has been specialising in manufacturing very complex machined components for over 40 years. Due to expansion our client is looking for 2 CNC Turn/Mill Setters, one for days and one for nights.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
⦁ A high degree of experience setting and operating Turn/Mill machines
⦁ Used to working in a variety of materials and often to tight tolerances.
⦁ Able to use initiative in the tasks undertaken.
⦁ Positive, courteous, and flexible manner needed for working with our positive,
courteous and flexible team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
⦁ To assist the planning and efficiency in the CNC sections.
⦁ Working on a variety of Fanuc 2 & 3 axis
⦁ Ensure all programs are saved and organised as per our company procedure.
⦁ Be proactive in the work place and able to work on multiple
⦁ Ensure machining processes are optimised.
⦁ Support and advise other employees when required, in machining and programming techniques.
⦁ Working to established and developing company procedures in a continuously.
improving environment.
