Summary
We are looking for a Registered Nurse with advanced clinical skills and chronic disease management, specifically diabetes, to join our experienced and enthusiastic team of nurses within a large, busy GP practice. We are looking for someone who is motivated and enjoys working as part of a team. We have a vibrant multicultural practice population and work closely with the wider multidisciplinary teams. You will need to have had experience in minor illness disease management and in autonomously managing diabetes in a community setting, but you will work alongside Advanced Nurse Practitioners with many years of working in these fields. Non-Medical Prescribing qualification would be desirable
