Summary

Our client, deeply committed to maintaining high standards of product quality and client satisfaction, is currently seeking a meticulous and skilled Quality Inspector / Audit Inspector. This role is pivotal in ensuring the organization's adherence to ISO 9001 standards and in driving the continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Uphold and advance the Quality Management System (QMS).
  • Ensure the organization's products meet ISO 9001 certification and compliance requirements.
  • Utilize MS Office and Epicor for quality management tasks.
  • Conduct product feature testing and periodic quality control checks.
  • Investigate quality issues, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate quality documentation in compliance with customer and accreditation standards.
  • Perform quality assessments on incoming and outgoing materials and products, understanding technical drawing symbols.
  • Act as an internal auditor and participate in auditing processes.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proficient in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Quality Engineering (QE).
  • Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
  • Ability to interpret technical specifications and drawings.
  • Effective in teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving.
  • Detail-oriented with strong skills in multi-tasking, communication, and innovation.
  • Capable of conducting employee training and product testing.
  • IT and technical proficiency required.
