Summary
The post holder will work as part of the Locality Team delivering a preventative service for children and their families. The aim is to achieve equity of health outcomes for the local population by delivering the Healthy Child Programme. Under the supervision of the Health Visitor, the post holder will participate in a universal core service, and deliver targeted interventions, to address health inequalities. The Service will be offered within the framework of national and local targets and available resources. To enable development and to broaden experience the post holder will be expected to be part of a regular rotation with colleagues within a Locality team.
