Summary
The Medicine Optimisation Technician principal role is to provide support in the Clinical Pharmacy service as part of the Medicines Optimisation Team. This role will include Medicine reconciliation, assessment of patients own drugs, counselling patients about their medicine, discharge facilitation and ward and dispensary-based medication supply. The post holder will be required to act in a supervisory role and assist in the training and development of junior staff. Please refer to Job Description for full details of the role.
