Summary

We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic person to work within our Digital Services directorate to join the Digital Transformation team on a 6 Month fixed term/secondment within Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust.

As a Trainer & Project support, you will deliver training and provide project support to assist with the deployment of new processes and systems across the Trust.

They will work within the Digital Transformation team that are extremely supportive and encouraging and offer a good collaborative team ethic.

The post holder will support colleagues within the team to successfully deliver a wide range of projects as part of the transformation portfolio continuous quality improvement, innovation, and digital change.

The Project Support & Trainer will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective service, supporting senior managers and staff within the innovation Collaborative programme, in delivering training and documentation, provide support, coordinating, planning and scheduling activities. You will take actions from meeting and maintain action logs, monitoring completion of actions.

Oxleas offers a wide range of NHS healthcare services to people in community and secure environment settings. Our services include community health care such as district nursing and speech and language therapy, care for people with learning disabilities and mental health care such as psychiatry, nursing and therapies. Join our vibrant Digital Transformation team and play a pivotal role in driving change within our Digital Service Directorate!

We're on the lookout for a proactive and dedicated Project Support/Trainer to provide support to Rio Training & Transformation Manager, Team Leaders, Trainers, and Coordinators in creating and maintaining project documentation and delivering IT Training in accordance with local and national standards as they apply.

From meticulous planning to hands-on training, this role offers a diverse range of responsibilities to keep you engaged.
