I am currently working with an established childcare provider that are seeking a passionate and dedicated Nursery Room Leader to join their team and lead their nursery room. As a Room Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing a safe, nurturing, and enriching environment for children in their care.
Key Responsibilities:
" Lead a team of nursery practitioners and support staff.
" Plan and implement age-appropriate activities and curriculum.
" Ensure the well-being and safety of all children in the room.
" Maintain accurate records of children`s progress and development.
" Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
" Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere in the room.
" Support staff in their professional development.
To be shortlisted for this role then you would need:
" Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare.
" Proven experience in a similar role.
" Strong leadership and communication skills.
" A passion for working with young children and their families.
" Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines.
