Do you want to achieve your potential by playing a key role, working in a unit that is dedicated to providing exceptional reproductive care to service users? You will be working closely with other members of multi-disciplinary teams within reproductive medicine, Gynaecology and Women’s health services. This role includes training, and supervising in all aspects of fertility treatment, ensuring regular audit and competency of fertility Nurses, Midwives and Healthcare assistants to ensure a safe and effective standard of patient care.

We are currently looking for a motivated nurse/midwife leader to join our team of nurse specialists. We are fully committed to your professional and personal development.

You will be required to provide expert leadership by supporting nursing/midwifery with safe, evidence based practice across the fertility Service. You will be responsible for the training and development of a small team of trainee fertility nurses, fertility nurses and support staff. You will work collaboratively with the quality manager, ensuring there are processes in place to support quality and governance.
