Summary
Job Description: Mer-IT Digital is a growing non-for-profit that is currently looking for a motivated and experienced IT technician with at least two years of experience at component level repair.
Main responsibilities:
Printed Circuit Board Testing and troubleshooting.
Read and interpret drawings and schematics.
Utilize testing tools and procedures to a professional finish.
Troubleshoot and repair to component level of electronic devices.
Customer relations
Self-management and logging
Requirements:
At least two years of component level troubleshooting and repair of electronics and printed circuit boards
At least 3 years of experience with Windows and Macintosh devices.
At least 5 years of experience in the repair of electronics, particularly, laptops, tablets and phones.
Ability to resolve technical problems
Ability to conduct testing procedures and processes
Identify and troubleshoot problems with systems at the component level
