Role overview

Would you like to join our wonderful Community Wellbeing team in Cheltenham?



They are looking for a Helpdesk & Triage Lead Administrator, (Internally known as Community Wellbeing Administrator Lead) to
coordinate the new referrals that enter the service and deal with initial enquiries.




* You'll be a resilient, confident communicator and have excellent organisational skills. Empathy for others, together with a
focus on delivering excellent outcomes for clients. It would be beneficial to have some experience of working in a social care
or customer service environment.
* You'll be required to provide initial information, advice, and guidance to clients on all aspects of their lives, establish
their required needs then refer them on to appropriate agencies or allocate them to the team of Social Prescribers.
* Knowledge of support services and agencies in the statutory and Voluntary sectors in both Cheltenham and Tewkesbury areas would
be beneficial.
* You'll support the management team with administrative tasks including maintaining an effective records system of cases,
monitoring whether quality targets have been met, and general administrative support tasks.
* Data entry and management skills are a core element of the role. Most conversations with clients are on the telephone. Training
will be given.


The service operates between 9am-5pm Monday to Friday and we are able to discuss flexible working for applicants to meet a healthy
work life balance. You will be required to work 30 hours a week from our Cheltenham head office.

Pay: BAND C £19,780 per year for 30 hours per week. (£24,725 full-time equivalent)

Closing Date: 19th April 2024 - CCP reserves the right to close the job advert early if needed.




*Annual Leave entitlement will be pro-rata for Part-time staff. Working on public holidays due to a rota pattern will be
compensated with time off in lieu. An extra day of leave accrues for each completed financial year (capped at 5). Purchasing
additional holidays is capped at 5 per year.
