Nurses who are willing to undertake an internally delivered coaching and mentorship programme and to support our core care practitioners receive an annual salary of GBP 43,460 (pro rata, based on 39 hours per week).

Nurses who prefer to focus on delivering great care will receive an annual salary of GBP 45,630 (pro rata, based on 39 hours per week).

At Rushden Park Care Home in Northamptonshire, we provide residential and nursing care for our 65 residents in homely, en suite accommodation. We also offer short-term respite care.
