Job Description:
Are you looking for a fulfilling role in a dynamic production environment? We're hiring Production Operatives to join a team in Exeter. As a Production Operative, you'll be responsible for operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and working collaboratively with your team to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate machinery and equipment according to safety guidelines.
  • Monitor production processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Package finished products accurately and efficiently.
  • Follow health and safety protocols at all times.

Requirements:
No prior experience necessary. We're looking for individuals who are reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment. Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual tasks are essential.
