Summary

Job Title: HVAC Engineer

Location: Huddersfield

Salary Range: £40,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (can be flexible)

Randstad C&P are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Mobile HVAC Engineer to join our clients team and provide exceptional HVAC services across a couple of commercial sites in the Huddersfield area. As a HVAC Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and safety of our client's facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform planned and reactive maintenance, including filter cleans.
  • Work on a variety of HVAC systems, including Splits, VRV, and VRFs (approximately 150/160 units on-site).
  • Conduct emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, and tap flushing.
  • Address general plumbing issues, such as leaks and tap replacements.
  • Handle minor joinery tasks as required.
  • Provide excellent client-facing service.
  • Cover multiple sites with the potential for the contract to expand.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • F-Gas certification is required.
  • City & Guilds Level 2 qualification in HVAC or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
