Summary

JTRS Ltd in Cheshire are recruiting for an Apprentice Sales Administrator. The successful candidate will work towards their Level 2 Customer Service qualification which will take approximately 17 months to complete.

Duties:
• Ensuring clients receive support, product and service in timely manner
• Customer data capture and order reporting
• Order processing
• Building and maintaining client relationships
• Preparing sales reports and renewal reports for customers via telephone and email
• Monitoring and assisting client requests
• Providing first class service to customers via telephone and email

Requirements:
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• Punctual

Grades:
No formal qualifications required.

Hours:
Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:00pm / 45 min lunch / 38.75 hours per week
