Summary
The Royal Victoria Infirmary Catering Department have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Hospitality Restaurant Supervisor working 37.5 hours Monday to Friday.

• Day to Day running of 24 hour Bistro and other Retail Catering outlets and occasional cover in Patient Services.
• Cooking and reheating of food.
• Ordering and controlling of stock.
• Management of staff.
• Food Safety management system
• Allocate/Rosters/staff annual leave
• Training of staff.
• Keeping records up to date
• Dealing with complaints
• Cash handling

• A hands-on supervisory role with responsibilities for the service of food, functions and vending operations.
• Responsible for the delivery, collation and associated record keeping of patients snacks and i-wave food and staff restaurant
• Maintenance of food hygiene and safety standards, quality control and man management.
• Responsible for food production for buffets, Staff Restaurants and foods serviced within the retail environment inclusive of patients food service
• To support supervisory cover within patient foodservice as & when required
• Produce reports for management upon service operations as required
