Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service for multiple clients?

Are you a people person that enjoys solving problems?



StreamAMG is excited to offer a new opportunity for you to use your customer service skills in a helpdesk environment. You will be
responsible for assisting with everything from subscription and account queries to technical challenges, all while providing
excellent customer service.



Our fabulous modern office in Media City will be your base during training and beyond, but you will also have the possibility to
work from home on a hybrid basis, upon completion of your training period. Please note that due to the nature of covering live
sporting events, the role will require some unsociable hours, including some weekends.



What to expect on a day-to-day basis ...


Assisting with a variety of customer queries, mainly by email.
Offering first line support for front end user queries.
Identifying patterns in user behaviour and informing technical teams of larger issues.
Liaising with second line support teams to inform and resolve system issues when required.
Growing your knowledge of StreamAMG platforms and payment platforms and using that to challenge yourself to resolve user issues
faster.
