Summary

Senior Support Worker – Care/Nursing Homes

Norwich – Days - £12 per hour
Diss – Nights - £12.50 per hour
Yaxley (Eye) – Days - £12 per hour

Would you like to work in a fantastic care/nursing home providing hotel-style luxury accommodation and tailored support to residents?

In the Senior Support Worker role you will:

• Work as part of the care team
• Ensure high standards are being maintained
• Recognise and facilitate the daily needs of residents
• Conduct formal supervisions and appraisals and coach Support Workers
• Contribute to care planning
• Maintain the personal care needs of residents, respecting the dignity of the individual and promoting independence

For this role you must have:

• NVQ3 in Health & Social Care (or be working towards this)
• Previous experience in a senior care role
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• An empathetic and caring nature
