Female PA
Further Information:
A Female PA is required to support a young boy in school holidays, the young boy enjoys spending time at home watching his I Pad, listening to music singing and dancing and listening to nursery rhymes he also likes to spend time pottering about in the garden.
He will also require support to access the community to be taken to the library or going for walks, on occasions he also enjoys going ice skating to the local ice arena, he would need support to ice skate using his wheelchair on the ice.
The young man can mobilise, around the home but will need to use a wheelchair when he accesses the community.
The PA will need to have some knowledge or experience with Epilepsy/ seizures, be able to support a young boy with high levels of anxiety, the role with need some support with continence care,
In addition, applicants should have a genuine interest in working with a disabled child and be able to develop and build a relationship quickly. You will be kind, patient and confident dealing with any situation that arises during your time with the young boy.
