Summary
Do you have a passion for delivering quality information especially to older people and their families? Are you an experienced leader with the ability to supervise a diverse team across both boroughs?
We have an opportunity to work for our Information and Advice department as our Advice Case Supervisor.
You will supervise, to a high standard, Age UK Bromley & Greenwich’s Information & Advice Service. To be responsible for the effective delivery of the I&A Service which will be delivered through a range of channels, including face to face, telephone, email, digital, and other means, across Bromley and Greenwich boroughs.
