Summary


An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Business Change Facilitator within the Health Boards Digital, Data & Technology Directorate, Aneurin Bevan University Health Board (ABUHB). ABUHB is an integrated, progressive and ambitious teaching and research organisation who are in the midst of delivering a major programme of change to transform healthcare for our patients and citizens. It has been pro-active in adopting and implementing new ways of working as part of its digital transformation. As a member of the dynamic and innovative Digital, Data & Technology directorate, you will be a member of the programme & projects team. The projects you will work on form part of the WCCIS Programme and will allow you to build on your current skills and experience and provide you with opportunities for personal and professional development. You will work with a wide range of stakeholders from varying professions across the health board, other NHS and 3rd party organisation/suppliers. This will include the requirement to attend sites regularly, sometimes at short notice. If you are looking for a new challenge in a prosperous department then this role is for you.

The Business Change Facilitator (BCF) will work with the Business Change Manager within the digital programme team to provide business change expertise to implement clinical systems and make sure that the highest standards of business needs are met by the systems implemented. You will be responsible for facilitating change management within the services in scope, to ensure that the benefits defined in national and local business justification cases are achieved. The BCF will ensure that effective communication takes place to end users, you will document business processes in association with clinicians and non-clinicians when implementing systems and facilitate change work as required. The BCF will also undertake business user support as required

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
