Summary

Job Title: CNC Mill/Turn Programmer

Pay: £16 - £22+ DOE

Our client is one of the UK's leading mechanical engineering company's specialising in design, sheet metal fabrication, precision machining, coded welding, powder coating and electromechanical assembly. The company has accrued over 30 years of experience in supplying a wide and varied section of industry. Now on the hunt for a highly skilled CNC Mill/Turn Programmer.

Whats the job?
⦁ To program, set and operate a Mazak Intergrex 7 axis Mill/Turn machine
⦁ Program using either Mazatrol controls or with Edgecam
⦁ Subcontract small batch work
⦁ Produce components for a variety of industries inc Formula 1

Responsibilities
⦁ Good communication and interpersonal skills
⦁ Effective problem-solving skills
⦁ Ability to work alone or as part of a small team
⦁ Good understanding of customer deliverables and the impact of failure/cost of poor quality
⦁ Previous experience within the aerospace tool making industry advantageous
⦁ Engineering apprenticeship as a tool maker or equivalent
